Returns are accepted. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days
of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If your purchase exceeds 14 days, we
cannot offer you a refund.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 3
business days, if the item(s) is/are eligible for return. If item(s) is/are eligible, your purchase will
be refunded and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Your package will include a return address slip.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or
invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are
responsible for any loss or damage to item(s) during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will
receive your returned item(s). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts
refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Shipping (Local Pick-up)
Pick-up located at BB2-19 Notion Rd, Ajax, ON. Pick-up is available on Saturdays and Sundays only between the hours of 10AM to 6PM. Please have your ID and order number available at the time of pick-up.
